Introduction

Msosipoint is an eCommerce platform that connects food vendors, including hotels, restaurants, motels, pubs, and other food-selling establishments in Tanzania, with customers. Vendors can register and publish their dishes, offering options for delivery, pickup, and dine-in as per their services.

Vendor Registration and Account Management

Eligibility: Vendors must be legally registered and authorized to sell food in Tanzania.
Account Creation: Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Service Declaration: Vendors must specify whether they offer delivery, pickup, and/or dine-in services.
Transaction Fee: MsosiPoint charges a 10% fee on each transaction processed through the platform.

Vendor Responsibilities

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to food safety, hygiene, and business operations.
Quality Assurance: Vendors are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Customer Service: Vendors must handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally and promptly.

User Responsibilities

Account Security: Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account information and are responsible for all activities under their account.
Order Fulfillment: Users must provide accurate information for order fulfillment and promptly notify vendors of any issues with their orders.

Data Ownership and Usage

Data Ownership: All data on MsosiPoint is owned and protected by MsosiPoint.
Data Usage: MsosiPoint uses the data solely for the purpose of advertising dishes and partner establishments. Data will not be used for any other purpose.

Termination

Vendor Termination: MsosiPoint reserves the right to terminate any vendor account that violates these terms and conditions, especially those posting non-food-related content.

Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability: MsosiPoint does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and will not be liable for any downtime or technical issues.
Vendor Services: MsosiPoint is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the food offered by vendors.

Amendments

MsosiPoint reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users and vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
